Petsy Woof Box Review: December 2015/Christmas Special

We were hoping it will arrive before Christmas but better late than never! You can find out more about woofbox here.

For our Xmas Woofbox, we got a total of five items!

As there are three items from the same company, we decided to sort them according to company instead of “Treats” and “Toys”.

Green&Wilds

The first treat from Green&Wilds is a bag of Ox Liver Deli Bites.

These tasty little liver treats are small pieces of naturally air-dried 100% Ox liver. High in nutrient-rich organ meat that most dogs really love, liver is also a good source of copper, iron, niacin, phosphorus and zinc.  Our Ox liver Deli bites are also a great source of omega-6 fatty acid.  This helps your dog develop a shiny coat and provides a barrier to lock in skin moisture.  They are gluten free and have a tremendous source of vitamins A and B.  Suitable for dogs with food intolerances too. – Source

Humom has yet to open this packet of treats but we’re hoping that it smells as good as it looks and by that we mean we hope it’s stinky! 😛

Cost: £3.75 / S$7.86

The second treat from Green&Wilds is a bag of Salmon and Kelp mini bakes!

Our wheat free Mini Bakes are honest, pure and a truly natural biscuit for dogs, packed in a natural jute bag. They are an excellent source of Omega 3 and 6 oils, which can help dogs with a dull coat or have issues with dry flaky skin. Salmon and Kelp mini Bakes also contain Rosemary, which helps to prevent bad breath.  Not only are they 100% natural, highly nutritious but doubly delicious and full of vitamins and minerals. They are baked in the UK with love and are free from all the nasties, NO shameful flavourings, flavour sprays or preservatives, no artificial colourings, sugar or salt added just wholesome ingredients that dogs love.  All in a great size treat to make training easy. – Source

Humom really likes that even though there’s not much smell to it, we would still go about sniffing for it. She’s also really surprised that #LycanApproves. This boy has slowly started being picky with food and treats and would spit it out when he realizes it’s not meat.

Cost: £2.79/ S$5.85

The third and only toy from Green&Wilds is the Natural Dog Toy – Crinkler in size Small!

The toy is made from sustainable jute which is a natural plant fibre. It is tough and long lasting, and is produced without using any added compound that would harm or be released when chewed. Jute is 100% biodegradable. – Source

Cost: £4.99 / S$10.46

Petsy Woofbox’s Special

Every month, Petsy Woofbox would pack a bag of treats specially from them. This month, we received a bag of baked treats!

We took to it immediately but it’s pretty hard and #PatchesTheToyPoodle took about a minute or so to finish a piece. Humom and DadDad found it pretty funny though.

Beco Pets

Last but not least, Toby the Teddy from Beco Pets! Humom loves how Christmasy he looks with his little scarf and santa hat. We love how he squeaks whenever we bite down on him.

Cost: £8.99 / S$18.85

Total Cost: 4/5 Items: S$43.02 Excluding Shipping

Humom: I’m super pleased that nearly everything from the December box are eco-friendly. I’m not too sure about the treats from the Woofbox Special but we hope they are too! I love how all the treats are an ideal training treat size. As for the toys, the one from Green&Wilds looks pretty durable and I can’t wait to let the pups test it out.
